1) Services

We provide consulting, logistics coordination, procurement support, and related services. Specific scopes, deliverables, and timelines are defined in written proposals, quotes, or contracts.

2) Quotes & Pricing

• Quotes are valid for the period stated or 30 days if unspecified.
• Pricing may change if scope, timing, or assumptions change.
• Third-party costs (e.g., carrier/vendor fees) are passed through as agreed in writing.

3) Payment Terms

• Payment is due per the invoice or contract terms.
• Late payments may incur interest and/or service suspension.
• All amounts are in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise agreed.

4) Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, timely information necessary to perform services.
• Notify us promptly of changes affecting scope, timing, or cost.
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations.

5) Non-Circumvention & Confidentiality

Clients and vendors introduced by Bridged Solutions agree not to bypass our role in related transactions without written consent. Both parties must keep non-public information confidential, excluding preexisting or publicly available information.

6) Intellectual Property

All content, methods, and deliverables we provide remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated in writing. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use deliverables internally.

7) Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8) Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing work with written notice, subject to any termination terms in the governing agreement. Fees for completed work remain due.

9) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, excluding conflict-of-law rules.

10) Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
