Free Initial Consultation Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

The free initial consultation offer is available only to businesses located in the following states: Alabama (AL), Florida (FL), Georgia (GA), North Carolina (NC), South Carolina (SC), and Tennessee (TN).
Limit one (1) free consultation per business entity, household, or individual.

2. Consultation Scope & Duration

The complimentary session is limited to a maximum of fifteen (30) minutes.
The purpose of this session is to provide high-level, preliminary guidance related to Bridged Solutions’ service offerings, including freight & logistics, pallet procurement, operational consulting, and related services.
The consultation will not include detailed project planning, in-depth strategic analysis, or guaranteed solutions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Scheduling & Availability

Consultations are available by appointment only.
Bridged Solutions reserves the right to decline or reschedule consultations based on availability or business suitability.

4. No Obligation & No Guarantee

Participation in a free consultation does not obligate the client to purchase additional services, nor does it guarantee specific results or outcomes.
Information provided is for general business purposes and should not be relied upon as legal, financial, or regulatory advice.

5. Additional Time or Services

Any time beyond the fifteen (30) minute limit or additional follow-up sessions may be billed at Bridged Solutions’ standard rates.
Rates and terms will be communicated before any billable service begins.

6. Modification & Termination of Offer

Bridged Solutions may modify or terminate the free consultation program at any time without prior notice. Any scheduled consultations prior to such changes will be honored under the terms in effect at the time of booking.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia without regard to conflict of law principles.
